VSS - no connection for new MicroSIM

Hi there,

 

I have a VSS and all mobile connections are working well bar one. I recently received a MicroSIM as I have a Z10 and I've tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps (factory reset, remove number, reset phone etc) to try and get it to connect but no luck up to this point. My previous BlackBerry with a standard SIM (same number) worked perfectly. Would somebody be able to resync my VSS for me please?

 

Serial Number is 21197149889

I've done the resync for you. Please factory reset the VSS and let me know if you need anything else.
