VSS v1 Stopped Working

Serial Number 21231101243.

Lights 1,2 and 4 on. 3 is not. Noticed poor signal a few days ago, struggling to send and recieve texts in the house.

 

Have de and reregistered. Removed and added users. Have also performed the factory reset.

Have put phones into flight mode and out again. Still no joy.

Both phones in house affected. A Samsung S3 and a Nokia Lumia 925.

 

 

Speed test. 62Mbps Down, 7.8Mbps Up

Ping Test. 8ms, 0ms Jitter and 0% packet loss

My IP is 151.230.137.128

Your traceroute is fine. 

 

Have you tried the steps in our troubleshooting guide here?

 

I've just done a resync for you, please try the reset listed here from AnabolicStewie to complete the process.

 

Let me know how you get on,

Seems to be working after 2nd reset after the resync you did.
