Hi musher1971,
Please accept my apologies. The update doesn't seem to have gone through.
I've just had it put it on manually instead. Can you keep the Sure Signal connected for the next 24 hours, then reset the phones and the unit after 1:15pm tomorrow (Thursday)?
Let me know when you're back up and running.
