Cannot administer my Sure Signal

I have a V2 Sure Signal that is working fine, but I now want to add new numbers to it.

 

When I log into My Account I only get the option to register a sure signal. If I try to register it a message appears saying ti is already registered.

 

The Sure Signal has always been mine and located in the same place.

This issue was caused by me using the wrong account name (I have 2) to try to administer Sure Signal.

 

It all wokrs when I logged in with the correct username

I'm in the same situation - my SureSignal is registered and works, but there is no link to manage it ( in order to add an extra phone number ) on the My Vodafone site. 

I just wonder how many people are in the same situation and haven't found out yet....

 

poor service from Vodafone once again

 

seems a widespread problem- you'd think some sort of software patch would have been applied without everyone having to log the issue?

i have the exact same problem. I informed vodafone 2 weeks ago and despite several emails and phonecalls nothing has been done- shocking service
