Hello I'm having trouble get a code too verify my identity

I've selected my number over 50 times now and no luck 

Yet, I've been in touch with Vodafone and they reset my

account so many times now and no luck and I don't get a

chance too go in one off the shops I'm always busy

Yes I received a call, yes I was given steps to follow after 24 hours.  No I don't have access to my account despite being told this would fix it.  

 

Pathetic really.  More time wasted.

This is odd, you should have received a reply to the email you sent. 

After submitting the online webform you should have received an automated reply with your reference number which looks like WRT165 ~14xxxxxx, this information may have been sent to your spam or junk email folder. 

Please can you provide your reference number so I can look into this for you.

I replied to the email and received a call yesterday another hour spent on the phone going through trying to reset my account from Vodafones so called "highest escalation team".  Guess what.  Still can't get logged in.  To be escalated further apparently.  Haven't heard that one before.

If you aren't tied to a contract get out and never come back.

 

Unfortunately i'm locked in until 17/5/2017.

 

The champagne is already on ice for when that day arrives.  Freedom and a return to a normal life in 190 days!

It's like how hard is it too send a code too a phone and they always ask can u log in off course not that y we are on here for I have not been on my account for about 6 months now. Can I add another telephone number on my account and get the code sent too that one
