I just wanted to say that I have had an amazing upgrade experience with Vodafone.  They offered me an exceptional deal I couldn't say no to and the customer service I received through the Live Chat on the Vodafone website was of a first class standard.  I definitely recommend Vodafone to all my friends and family for excellent customer service and great mobile phone deals!
