I have a Vodafone smart 4 power and everythink is going wrong with it,everytime i touch an app it just goes to anouther,nothing will keep still,please help

Have you recently updated the software on the phone ?

If so generally its advised to perform a factory reset / hard reset which helps get rid of old files. As this deletes saved data in the phones memory its advised to create a back up first. 

If you have not then try turning the phone off and on to soft reset it. If that does not work then look at the hard reset option. 

Try deleting your most recent diwnloaded App just in case it's clashing with something in your phone or with other apps. 

How is long have you owned the phone. Vodafone do cover their phones for 24 months excluding the iPhone. You could take it into a Vodafone shop for them to take a look and if required they could send it away. Issues caused by dropping the phone or water ingression are not covered.
