We have two SS v3 connected to our corporate network, connected on a DMZ with all ports open as instructed.
both were working as they are supposed to (eventually) until we had a powercut.
The router and switches/firewall stayed live as it is on UPS but the SS's went off (in the main office)
they have not come back to life, we get flashing red light and constant amber lights (signal and phone)
we have not changed ISP/IP addresses or router/firewall config.
We have rebooted the router as it is the first thing we get asked.
We have reset both SS units and left them out for 24hrs and tried different ports.
It apears to be connecting to Voda servers 85.205.0.93 (voda germany?) but stops there.
IP: 82.68.222.26 (ZEN)
Serial no's: 40134939020 & 40134941257
Speed: 60mb down 15mb up FTTC
can you check our IP is whitelisted and let us know the last time it connected?
it is getting an ip address from DHCP.

@Johnsons - Your IP address is on the whitelist.
40134939020 last connected to our servers on 14 July.
40134941257 last connected to our servers on 17 June.
The problem here could simply be that you’re trying to use two Sure Signals. Try turning one off and reset the other. Leave it for 24 hours to allow for all updates.
If they’re close and within each other’s range, this can cause problems. Any updates sent by us to your router, will often only be forwarded onto one of the devices.
The same can happen the other way round too – so when they’re both trying to connect, only one will make it to our servers.
I’m afraid we can’t guarantee that the second Sure Signal will work, whilst in the same area as the first.

Thank you
I can confirm that two on the same router do indeed work and have done on and off (as well as these things do) for a long time.
I suspect that an IP update has caused us an issue as when we packet sniffed the unit there were different IP addresses, as soon as we opened these up one came to life.
It is a real shame that Vodafone are not transparent with the IP addresses used. or in fact up to date with Tech.
Our users on other networks use Wifi calling which is much better.

Our SS is connected trough our cisco firewall, if we turn the firewall off we can connect, when on it fails.
we have opened the following IP's for inbound UDP & TCP on all ports
212.183.133.177
212.183.133.178
212.183.133.179
212.183.133.181
212.183.133.182
212.183.131.128/26
Are there any more IP's to allow in?
this has worked previously, so our assumption is that a new ip has been put in by vodafone
all outbound traffic is allowed.
