Despite my previous post and being given a link to live chat, which is always busy, no one has answered my query about not being able to connect via the VPN anymore. One unhelpful post suggested that they didn't know why we were using VPN as they had never had to, well as a business, the guys out on site connect to the server via VPN to collect all sorts of information. Can anyone help please, disconncting the VPN option is causing quite a lot of frustration when staff are working remotely, together with the lack of signal strength with Vodafone, which is also a frustration. any assistance with theVPN would be greatly appreciated.

If you dont mind me asking, which software are you using to connect to your VPN?
I was VPN on my fibre package all the time and I have never had any issues, infact I use quite alot of different servers and compaines.
Also when your using your VPN, is the details been entered into your router, or do you just use your computer?

Hi @NedFlanders1984, may I ask what clients you are using and are you doing IPSec / L2TP / PPTP? Do you have VPN setup on the Vodafone Connect router or other hardware?
