Vodafone Dongle - How Can I Get My SSID Code?

hi,i have a vodafone dongle,and want to connect to my nitendo wii,but it keeps telling me to enter my SSID code,but im having a problem finding out what my ssid code is,does anyone know how i can retrieve it please.

I think you are confusing WIFI with 3G . Vodafone 3G dongle will only connect to a 3G phone mast, and does not have an SSID.

SSID is the wireless connection ID of a router (like a BT Home Hub)

To connect a Wii to a computer you need to connect them both to a wireless Router using a wifi dongle (or the computer's inbuilt wifi), not the 3G dongle.

The only exception I can think of is if you had a Vodafone Suresignal device, in which case the SSID will belong to the wireless router that your Suresignal is wired to. Even then the computer will probably not network with the Wii.
