Vodafone Employee Advantage Scheme

I am thinking of purchasing a sim only through the employee advantage scheme

when i go to buy, the only ones it lets me purchase are up to the £15 i gb data sim, i rang to ask as this surely cannot be the only options till the others come off the offer on the 31st of october ?

any advice on this as a few of us at work were looking at the £20 20gb one

The regular posters here have seen lots of transcripts containing wholly inaccurate information. Customer service personnel often give very wrong or misleading advice.

Yes we all agree. The eforum tech team feedback to customer services instances where incorrect advice has been given to try and avoid it happening again in the future.

So where do u stand if the chat team are putting my order through and tell me in writing that the discount will be applied

I'm not sure why you're being advised that but, I can assure you that myself, the CC's and Getafix are giving you the correct information.

We can't put a vea discount onto an already discounted plan so the information you've been given is false and I will get that fed back for you.

I can understand your frustration, my apologies for the confusion.
