Hi,
I'm trying to apply my VEA discount code to the £25 sim only 12 month deal however it is not applying in the basket.
It is not saying it is being declined however it is also not applying a discount, it is literally doing nothing.
i have attempted to get a new code however it states that I have already applied for a code with my work email address.
i have also contacted customer services who as usual were no use and the same for live chat.
The VEA code I have was applied for in feb 2016 so don't know if I need a new code or what but no one seems to know what's going on.
Its kind of crazy that there also isn't a team you can speak to regarding vea issues on the phone.
Any ideas???

I upgraded my existing sim only plan yesterday to the £25 one, and after a few hours when it showed up in my account correctly, I filled out the VEA form online, clicked the link I was sent to my work email, and 25 mins later the discount was applied.
