Hi, 

 

I'm trying to apply my VEA discount code to the £25 sim only 12 month deal however it is not applying in the basket.

 

It is not saying it is being declined however it is also not applying a discount, it is literally doing nothing.

 

i have attempted to get a new code however it states that I have already applied for a code with my work email address.

 

i have also contacted customer services who as usual were no use and the same for live chat. 

 

The VEA code I have was applied for in feb 2016 so don't know if I need a new code or what but no one seems to know what's going on.

 

Its kind of crazy that there also isn't a team you can speak to regarding vea issues on the phone.

 

Any ideas???

I've signed up to the deal over the phone. They are investigating why my code doesn't work and have advised to just apply for VEA to be applied to the deal tomorrow via the website. Thanks for your help guys!

I upgraded my existing sim only plan yesterday to the £25 one, and after a few hours when it showed up in my account correctly, I filled out the VEA form online, clicked the link I was sent to my work email, and 25 mins later the discount was applied.

Yes just to confirm I sent an email last night and the discount has been applied... £17.50 for the 25gb data deal! Excellent! Thanks for all your help!
