There should be enough in the battery to operate it out of the box, so I can't see (for instance) giving it a soak charge being any use. The only other thing I can think of is that you aren't pressing the power button for long enough - sorry to insult your intelligence, I'm sure you know how long... :smileyhappy: If it's not that, it sounds as though it's a dead 'un, so contact Customer Services to return it and start again. You have a 14 day cooling-off period, so don't mess around with a repair.
