Can I check a couple of things with you to give us a better picture?
Firstly, what is the issue you're getting with the dongle? If you can let us know exactly what's happening and what alert you're seeing, that will helpm to0 pinpoint the likely cause of the issue.
For some basic checks, can you confirm the following?
- Have you tried the dongle in different URL ports on your computer?
- What lights are showing on the dongle?
- Have you been able to connect in the same location previously?
- Have you been able to try the dongle in a different PC?
Also, what issue are you having with the online billing, and are you only having this when trying to view it via the dongle?
