I'm sorry to see that you're still not having any luck with your modem.
If you have tried all of the options mentioned in the other threads, it could be down to the SIM card and it's connection.
I would recommend performing a manual roam- you can do this through the software by selecting settings. You can also try setting the modem to gprs.
If you're still getting the same RAS Error 619 after these, I would get down to your local store to see if they can help with the repair.
