Please Help Connection Speed Major Issue

Ok, first of all there is nothing wrong with my software, hardware or absolutely anything that I can sort out myself, therefore I am asking if Vodafone can please restore the 3G+ coverage I am used to (My Postcode is IV3 5QB- Inverness Area).

In the last two days I have lost my normal superfast speed which I have paid for without protest for over a year, now unexplainably I have lost this speed and although it says 3G (not 3G+!!) the speeds are slower than GPRS, which is a major letdown

I suspect the weather may have something to do with this, but I guarantee there is nothing wrong with any of my software, hardware, etc

Please woud you kindly see what the problem is Vodafone, I have faith in you!!

Thanks for supplying details of your postcode.

I've checked the site covering your signal area and can't see any coverage alarms or problems with broadcasting; however this does not mean to say that some sort of signal shrinkage has occurred.

If the issue has occurred within the last two days then I'm inclined to think it is a temporary issue, one which may clear up after a couple of days, I would appreciate a continued update.

In the meantime refreshing your network connection (putting the sim into a phone) would be the best course of action.
