Shame to hear this - RAS (or Remote Access Server) error codes can both be useful and confusing

In terms of getting this fixed, whilst we're not Microsoft accredited technical support, I would suggest checking your Services.msc (Services) for dropped service protocols, including
Remote Access Connections Manager,
Routing & Remote Access Connections Manager,
Telephony and
Networking. Make sure all are enabled.

In all honesty, I would recommend a good IT / networking chap to have a look. Other than this, if you haven't already, download and try the latest
Vodafone Mobile Connect - unless you have the VMC Lite installed, please uninstall previous versions first before installing a newer one.
