I placed an order for a Pay Monthly 3 days ago and I still didn't get an answer even though my money for the upfront are still taken from my account. Does anyone know how long does it take for them to process and answer my request? Thanks.

If this is a new Mobile Pay Monthly contract then Vodafone will run a Credit Check first.

I would advise as well as checking your email inboxes you also check any Spam inboxes just in case any updates drops into there
In regards to the upfront fee it's possible the funds have just been held by your bank and not yet taken by Vodafone until everything has cleared.
