Vodafone Payg Mobile Broadband 30 Day Top Up Expiry

Hi Vodafone Guys / Gals

Looking for a little confirmation here.......

Page 8 of the January Vodafone magazine shows that Vodafone PAYG Mobile Broadband now has a 30 day expiry on the top up's.

I'm led to beleive that if you have been a customer with Vodafone on the PAYG Mobile Broadband service before the 26 December 2009 then these new terms do not apply, and this change will only effect new customerrs??

Can you confirm?

Cheers.

Heya Bostik999,

Thanks for letting us know.

However, if anyone else does want to know the answer to this one; if you are using one of the old modems the old terms and conditions apply it is only the new modems that come with the 30 day expirery.

Hi - any plans to reintroduce the non-expiring top-ups? Tried to order a PAYG dongle before just before Christmas but the shop.vodafone.co.uk site wasn't working - thought I'd leave until the new year and now it's gone - gutted...

Hi timfawcett

Thanks for your post today, I'm sorry to hear that you missed out on that :(

There are no current plans to introduce non expiring PAYG dongles, however, we're always evaluating our products so keep your ears peeled.

Thanks

Not applicable
thats another lost customer from me, i was just going to buy several.
£15/month is just like a contract, a con payg.

Companies in this country just don't understand what their customers want do you ....

"we evaluate our products"
But you don't communicate with your potential customers, what a stupid move, removing a product which will sell because of its unique tariff....now you are just the same as everyone else, and because of that, I would no longer choose vodafone.
