Hi
My services have been restricted and I need to contact the Payments Team to arrange a re-payment plan, however as my line is barred I cannot call them or visit a store due to my working hours.
Is there anyother way I can contact them? I tried the webchat, but they could not help at all,

Live Chat seems to be the only option to keep trying.
Please be aware if you ask for a repayment programme and Vodafone agree then will possibly be reported on your Credit File.
