I have a SIM only, monthly contract with Vodafone at around £20 a month and purchased the Vodafone Smart Prime in-store for around £70 earler this year - say May.
The phone has had an issue with Google voice inteferring with my earphone output and have deactivated it, but the earphones only output via one earbud... anyone else have this issue? i have cleaned the port.
Also, am i covered as this is a manufacturing fault? chap in-store said no but that can't be right. would like to know full rights befoe i reapproach and approach head office.
thank you

Hi
Have you been able to try out an alternative set of earphones in the port ?

I have done yes, i tried a few but all the same.
So they should accept the item back? it's confused me from chatting wth the guy in store.

Hi,
There is a Returns period of 30 days to return an item. A cooling off period.
after that timeframe its a repair avenue.
The manufacturing warranty is 24 months on that phone.
