Hi,
My Vodafone smart Ultra 6 was working fine for 6 months but from yesterday screen is unresponsive, i cant unlock the phone, Also tried to turn it off through power button but it is not turning off as well. Tried to charge it and no response there as well. Can someone please help me if you have the same problem? Home button is responding but not doing anything as screen is lock.
Your help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks,

Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, the phone will restart itself.
Hopefully that might do the trick?
I suspect the phone needs to go away for repair under warranty.
You can ring 191 or pop into your local Vodafone store if you have one near you.
You can also use Live Help from your PC to arrange a repair.

Hi there
Does the device have a removable battery? If so, remove the battery and leave it out for a few minutes. Then put it back in and see if the device boots up normally.

If it has a non removable battery and you aren't able to turn it off or get it to do anything, you will probably need to send it off for repair.
You will be able to arrange this through you local Vodafone store. Take the device to the nearest store and they will be able to send it off to the repair centre for you.

If I may add.....
Take Time / Date stamped pictures of the device to show the condition you sent it back in and one of it turned on if you can And ensure the Vodafone employees note its condition on their system.
"Also make sure when sending your device for repair that you keep hold of your SIM. You also shouldn't send your memory cards, battery and/or back cover (if they're removable) - if these are included with your phone when it goes for repair we can't guarantee their return."

1. press volume up and power button at the same time until your phone restarts to recovery mode
2. reboot your phone
3. get rid of facebook app.
4. done
It took me couple of hours to realise that (with a little help of my friend)
