Hi can you advise me if Vodafone servers are down for Sure Signal in South Wales NP10 - New SS purchased in last seven days, registered fine and been working for last few days but has now been down for around four hours. Use BT infinity and am aware there are some problems linked to this but service suddenly stopped working.
Flashing red power light then two right hand amber lights on constantly - Is this a general problem across the UK - please advise

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
