Vodafone Sure Signal Flashing Red Light & Stable Orange User Light

Hi,

We have purchased a Vodafone Sure Signal for our small business and are unable to make it work! Despite it advising on the quick set-up guide it will take between 10 mins to an hour to activate, I was told by an opertor this morning it could take up to 6 hours so 6 hours later here I am still in the same position. My patience with Vodafone Customer service is wearing extremely thin!! Any advice on how to rectify?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
