Hi,
Please could you resync SS number 21230044683
We had a power cut last week and since then i have been unable to connect to it with 3G, I have done full resets but with no sucess so far.

Done! Let me know how you get on You will need to factory reset to complete the process.
VSS Factory Reset
* Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
* The VSS should come online within the hour
