Hi,
I have purchased a VSS3, 3 days ago and am having real trouble getting it to work.
Power light flashing – 1st light orange, second light off, third light orange.
The device is registered ok on my account.
The SN is 4215383326
Internet provider is BT and am using a Home Hub 2.
I have completed the port forwarding as described at portforward.com.
Hub is set up for Plug and Play
Also turned firewall on and off – seems to make no difference?
Please help…It seems like money down the drain?
I need this to work.

The traceroute stops at a BT IP address, confirming that there is an issue with your ISP.
You’ll need to speak to them regarding this.
There is however and ongoing issue, outlined here. You may want to wait until this is resolved, to see if it fixes your issue, before addressing this with your ISP.
