Hi - have a V3, suddenly a few weeks back al the lights turned off, the pass through electric plug works fine, but no power to the actual device it seems, i've restarted it, tried different plugs, but it just looks dead.
I also can't seem to access any SureSignal settings on the my account page, it's all gone!:

Hi @bigviv,
The Sure Signal serial number you've provided is showing as deregistered.
If there's no power to the device then this would point to a faulty unit. Trying it at a different location will confirm this.
Live help can check your online account to see why the Sure Signal dashboard is no longer showing.

Just managed to speak with someone and was told "it's broken, it's out if warranty, buy another one"
So all the phones in our house are useless again at home. Time to jump to EE who at least have Wifi calling available now rather than promises by Vodafone of "sunmertime"

Please amend your reply to bigviv..... He has a Version 3 Sure Signal, it is not possible to try another power unit as it is internally mounted within the device.
Would you also confirm the warranty period on the Sure Signal, is it 1 or 2 years?
