Vodafone connect router app

Hi ...need some help please.

I just got Vodaphone broadband and I want to control the router using the app (via my Samsung S5). I tried to get the app from Play store but all I get is 'error while retrieving information from server. (DF-CHARTA-01)'. If I try via browser on my Mac I get 'not yet available in your country' when trying to connect to Play Store. I am in the UK and I can't believe the app is not available here. Am I doing something wrong?
