Hello All,
I'm really hoping a moderator will pick this up as this has taken months of stress and I keep going around in circles.
I was with Vodafone for 12 years. I never missed a payment ever. Vodafone miss sold me an upgrade. And admitted fault but it took them a year to sort it out. After a huge amount of being fobbed off I got trading standards involved. Finally it was resolved. But I descided at the end of my contract I would not be renewing after how Vodafone treated me.
I have full notice. I was told I had paid off my account and my account would close and nothing was owed.
I then got a bill for £155 which I did not owe.
After numerous phone calls I was told nothing was owed on my account and the bills will stop.
I was billed again. So I called again. I was told I did owe money but £80 not £155. I asked to resolve it and pay it there and then. And was told this was sorted.
This was done over chat and phone calls and I believed it solved.
But I discovered you have still been billing me and it's hugely effecting my credit rating!! I can't pass credit checks to rent a property! You are literally pushing me towards becoming homeless because your team can't resolve a simple thing I've spent hours over months trying to sort! This is appalling. I have tried to resolve this and I'm told it's is resolved but you're still billing me and destroying my credit score!
Please help me as this is getting serious as it's now effecting where I can live.

thank you for your mesage, i have tried to send the form you linked to several times but it seems to glitch each time and not send. so here are the details for you:
Hello,
for nearly 15 years i never missed a Vodafone bill. in 2016 Vodafone miss sold me a contract, and sent out a phone to an address is didn't live at. this cost me hundreds of pounds, vodafone admitted fault, they kept not putting it right. eventually i had to go to ofcom and the ombundsman. By October 2016 I decided not to renew because i had been treated so badly. I gave full 30 days notice. I was told that my final fee for closing my account was £88. i agreed to pay it. but i was then told, I wouldn't need to pay it, as Vodafone still owed me money from the contract mistake. My final bill came to £0.73p dated 19/10/16... which was paid by direct debit. I believed the matter was solved. My pac number was given and I changed provider.
then i received a bill from Vodafone for £151 on the 17/11/16
I called vodafone on the 9th December 2016, 6 times. my account didn't exist anymore, so I couldn't get through.
i used live chat. I have the transcript. the man told me that I STILL owed £88...I absolutely agreed to pay there and then, as is on the transcript, and he told me to do it on my online account. which I discovered I couldn't access!.
so I tried a web chat again and I was told that my account was closed, and that I didn't owe anything, and the £88 was an old note on the account.
I then received another bill for £155 managed to talk on the phone and was told it was in error i owed nothing.
Today 25/08/2017, I got rejected from a credit cheque to rent a house. Vodafone has put defaulted payments onto my account for £155 for each bill!! -
on live chat...YET AGAIN... I was told i don't owe anything. The balance of my account is £0.00. This is on the transcript. AGAIN I was trying to sort it out and was told by Vodafone there is nothing to pay.
I don't care if money is owed... i want to pay it... I've been trying to pay it and get handed from person to person who ends up telling me I don't owe anything. and yet you have defaulted on my credit score, and Vodafone are literally driving me toward homelessness as a result.
these credit default have to be removed. IF i do owe any money of course i will pay it, i have been trying to from day one! but these credit defaults are not accurate and they have been placed on my rating despite my repeated attempts to resolve this with Vodafone.
