Hi there!,
Back in April 2017 I purchased a new mobile phone by telephone and I was offered to apply for the Vodafone Employee Advantage scheme which I did before the 14 day return/ cancelaltion policy was due, but I was charged £ 460 in to my June vodafone bill, I did call to Vodafone Support number and the person who took my call offered the option to have it back in credit in to my vodafone account so I refused that option and then was told that I will receive my money back within 5 working days plus a £5.00 as a compensation for being wrongly charged, after two weeks I still havent received any money so I called back this time a different person told me that again that the money would be payed in to my account in 5 working days, but the £5.00 were not approved, never mind I did acept only yhe £460, After all this time today I find out that the money has been put in credit in to my vodafone acccount, how that can be possible??, where is my money??, to whom I need to talk to put the things right??

Vodafone give 30 days peace of mind cancellation period.
This is going to need account access, the best way of doing this will be using live chat. This way, you will be able to download a transcript of the chat for your future reference, live chat will be in a position to take your bank account details and get the money transferred to your bank account. They should also be able to let you know when you will receive the additional £5.00 credit.
