Vodafone deactivated my sure signal due to inactivity

Please help - I've tried to re-register it and it says active - yet I can't get it to work! Just done a hard reset but still nothing! Please help!

Hi @carly1979 ,

I'm afraid if your Sure Signal hasn't been used for a period of time, the licence would have expired. 

This would mean we're unable to reactivate it for you.

You can find further details in the Ts&Cs you were given at the point of sale.
