Vodafone music pass

When I signed up I took the music pass on my pay monthly contract. I think something went wrong or there is a issue somewhere. What I noticed is that I had hardly any data took from my inclusive data. It didn't matter what I app I used even non inclusive apps to the music pass. As a tester I removed the music pass from my account even though I lost out on around 8 days use and then downloaded a sizeable app on data and it took the data out of the inclusive data perfectly. I'm not sure if this is a isolated incident or more widespread but surely when I had the music pass it should have only zero rated inclusive apps not the other apps I tried as well and I thought Vodafone might want to look into this.

One more thing in my working out of the sum I was only looking for a contribution to the 8 lost days because in all fairness I didn't receive the text but I probably should have called Vodafone to get a response. I have put the sum in my email it's a tiny amount but for me will settle the issue completely as I think there was blame on both sides. Don't get me wrong I'm a extremely happy Vodafone customer and I am looking forward to the date I can add more lines to my account.

I had a call back today and this is fully resolved to my satisfaction. Fantastic service from Vodafone.

Looks like my unlimited welcome bonus is to expire on January 25th I have had the text on my tablet and mobile. Nice while it lasted but obviously had to end sometime.
