Vodafone pay monthly upgrade, number hasn't ported.

I've waited several days and my contract seems to have started on my old phone and not my new phone as there is "no service" on my new phone and I have texts relating to my new contract on my iPhone 5 and not my new iPhone 6 plus. Both are on Vodafone, it was a pay monthly upgrade so the same network. I had HUGE issues with the company when I was ordering the phone who gave me massive issues with changing price, cancelling order without letting me know due to "system error" and then not delivering it on the day they said they would and now this..... watchdog mentioned this porting problem but Vodafone stated on the programme that they had fixed it but apparently not. I am fed up and close to sending the phone back and changing network, I would like my number ported to my new phone please, help!
