If you’re an existing customer and you took up your contract between April 2014 and 5 May 2016, you’re still covered by there Fixed Price Promise and there ill be no change to your monthly contract.
Personally I can't recall signing any agreement with them and if I did it was 10+ years ago when I got my first phone offf them. My upgrades have always been over the phone so nothings been signed. I can't recall them telling me over the phone either that I may be liable for any mid term price rises.
Do you think I'm liable for these rises???
Have I the right to ask them to PROVE I agreed to such conditions???

Normally when you upgrade you will receive an email with full terms and conditions that you will be agreeing to.
You would have 14 days to get in touch and cancel the upgrade if you don't agree to the terms, failure to cancel would be seen as acceptance of the T+C's.
If you can't find your email the T+C's can be found at this link http://www.vodafone.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/index.htm
EDIT: the particular section in the T+C's regarding price increases is copied below:
Plan charge (minutes, texts, data & entertainment allowance, etc.). Each April your monthly plan charge will increase by an amount equal to the retail prices index rate published by the Office for National Statistics in March (RPI rate). We will apply that RPI rate adjustment from your April bill. If the RPI rate is a decrease, your monthly plan charge will not be reduced

I've never had this email.
If I contact Vodafone and they say I have can they show it to me that I have agreed and sent it back?

We aren't required to send anything back. Continued use of the phone implies acceptance of the T&C's and they are always available on the Vodafone website.
The T&Cs also allow them to change the T&Cs whenever they want and we have to agree to the new versions. You will have to pay any price increases that come along just like the rest of us.

They send you an Email with details of your new Contract and the T&Cs.
Also the end of the phone call they transfer you to the Automated Service which will read out the key terms.
You are given 30 days to try the new contract (that could include a new Handset). You can at anytime in that 30 days revert back to your previous Tariff without a penalty, however once you are over 30 days, then you accept the T&Cs.

So what you are saying is that Vodafone can change any of the terms and conditions when they want to and the customer has no redress. Doesn't sound very fair to me!

Yes they can change it and enforce it as long as they have told you about it.
In your case, they have sent it to you when you agreed to a new contract. If you decide to not read it and assume that it is same as what you originally signed, then they are not at Fault.

Are Nabs, Jeffkin and Getafix employed by Vodafone on this forum and speaking on there behalf?
Or just normal customers like myself voicing there own opinions?

We are all normal customers and we have no connection to the network whatsoever other than our ordinary contracts - in my case 4 lines.

I had an increase one month into my contract I don't use all of my data calls or messages these yearly price increases should be put in for new customers not existing ones. If I have a price increase on my phone I will be cancelling it and I will not be paying a penalty. Regardless of when I took the contract out
