Vodafone smart Ultra 6 won't light up

So, I was using Vodafone smart Ultra 6 when it was on charge and then I locked it and left it for about a minute. I tried turn the screen and it willnt light up but every now and again the screen lights up and i try and use it but it goes in to sleep before i can use it.....please help.

Perhaps try a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on. 

Sometimes also a factory / hard reset can help but as this takes the phone back to the last firmware update its recommended to create a back up to preserve the information in the phones memory. 

Finally if issues still exist Vodafone apply a 24 month warranty on the phone. Any Vodafone store can look at it for you and if deemed warranted sent it to a repair centre.

I rebooted it and now i can see the screen but i the touch screen is still not being able to use. So i reset it and i stilll cant use the screen ( touch sceen doesnt work).

You may then need to visit your most local Vodafone Store where they will take a look and if warranted send it off to their repair centre. 

As I say Vodafone apply a 24 month manufacturing warranty. This does not cover issues caused by drops or water damage. 

I would suggest making a back up again and take time / date stamped pictures of the phone to support the condition it was sent off in. Ask the store employees to also note its condition.
