Vodafone sure signal v2

Hi

I have bought a Vodafone sure signal v2 second hand and have registered it through the website to my address. It does not seem to be improving signal and keep getting emails saying that it has changed location. I believe that it has been deregulate red by the previous owner as it let me register on line.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi @Susanls27

The attachment posted with your traceroute also included a mobile number.

Please could you resubmit the traceroute?

Thanks,

Simon

Hi

I would recomend de-regestering and re-regestering your VSS or atleast logging in and changin the post code to a different one and them back again.

It would apear that the original registration didnt complete properly and the VSS cannot confirm its location, due to this it will not allow you to connect (it needs to know your location to be complient with requirements for emergency services) and will send you messages to let you know.
