Has anyone else had problems with top up on PAYG? Vodafone has stolen £35 of my money so far.

I've had at least 3 problems with them taking my money without any reason as to why. I'm switching provider if it happens again because although it has been sorted once in the past it is irritating that they take money freely when I have not have them permission and they have no reason as to take the money from my account.

If the money taken is not justified all you need to do is to speak to your bank and ask them to refund the money to you under the banks' direct Debit Mandate. Banks will refund the money within 24 hours.

Banks will refund the total amount of the debit not a partial refund so you cannot invoke the Mandate if money was owed but Vodafone simply took in excess of that.

Hi @Tiaashlea01

If this is in relation to the Big Value Bundle enquiry on your thread below, you need to check your online account and the My Vodafone Application.  This will let you know if the bundle is active on your account.  You may well find the bundle kicked in at midnight.

If the bundle is not there and your credit has been taken, you need to call Vodafone or use live chat for account access.
