Big value bundle

My big value bundle has not been added to my account and my money has been taken away. I have no message to tell me why my money has been taken or that I have a bundle and I did not owe Vodafone any money. I'm so ready to switch providers if this doesn't get sorted.

Can you double check both in your myvodafone app and your online myvodafone. 

 

Sometimes things can can be a little delayed in updating. 

 

If it hasn't yet then either call customer service on 191 or from a customer use Live Chat. They'll be able to access your account and check things for you.
