Vodafone, the worst global company in the world.

n January 2015, I renewed my contract with Vodafone, I had 3 mobile contracts with you, mine, my partners and my daughter, over the next few weeks, you managed to switch off each number by mistake, this was eventually sorted. In early 2017, I changed phone and internet providers to Vodafone, what a ##~## mistake that was, the problems have carried on and more than once, I've asked for my partners details to be added to the account, so she and I could access the account, for some reason, someone who either doesn't understand plain English and or cannot act to a simple request, has not done as requested, again, today, I've had to call and ask you to sort out this problem.  I've been told it has been sorted, but I will believe it when I see it.

I noticed when I logged into my/our account this morning, that my renewal date for the number ending in "967" is March 27th 2018, how can Vodafone add two months to my contract time? If Vodafone don't sort this issue out, I will stop paying for the service you provide and go to another provider for my mobile phone service, yes, I know you'll black list me and take me to court, but I don't give a flying ##~##, when the court reads the list and amount of proof I have against you, they will laugh at your lack of customer service and care, inept is not the word.

And I thought clowns were limited to a circus act.

I think we all understand that things can and will go wrong occasionally but it's then what is done to put that right that counts to instill confidence back into the services and products @ALANWILLEY

Communication is most definitely key.

Please let the Social Media Team here who read all posts reach your post and I'm sure they'll help.

I know your venting and rightly so but as your fully aware if a person intentionally withholds payment then this can lead to restriction of services, re connection fee' and to defaults and late payment markers that will last 6 years adversely affecting applications for mortgages , cards and mobile phone contracts etc.

Not paying puts the person straight into the wrong.

Unless you plan to live your Future life (Atl east next 6 year) as a Hermit, without any future Credit requirements, like Loans/Mortgage/Car Finance etc, then by all mean go ahead and stop paying.

The Mobile Companies are not bound by the FCA and can add a Black Mark to your credit which will last for atleast 6 years. They will probably write off the outstanding amount and sell it as a debt to a Recovery Company.

And this is all automated process so don't expect anyone to get in touch.

As suggested by BOB, I would wait for the Forum Team to look into this.

Thank you both for your suggestions, but my line of communication with these ##~## has come to an end, due to a situation I was in, Vodafone was probably a contributing factor in me having a seizure exactly a year today, I was two days from death and I'm not going to allow anything like that happen to me again. Yes, I'm very agitated right now and justly so.  But, I'm financially sound, no mortgage, money in the bank and do not need to buy anything on credit or apply for any.

Thank you guys.

Totally  understand your frustration but I would edit your last post before it gets pulled
