Vodafone updates

Many of my apps are failing. Phone keeps saying vodafone updates have stopped. Also my phone is starting to freeze quite a bit.
any suggestions?

Hi there, first thing I would do would be a factory reset once you have backed up anything you want to keep.

This can often sort lots of problems with misbehaving apps.
