Please remove your email address from your post - you'll end up getting spammed. I imagine that Vodafone are using a stock photo from a library and would have paid the library for the use of it.
Do you mean the picture of the child with the dog that appears on the page you've linked to? I'd go with the stock/library theory. If that's the case, the library will be acting as your agent and should pass any fees on to you.
