Hi all,
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find the subject anywhere here.
I'm trying to install "Vodafone Wallet" from the android Play store. I've added my card details and finished parts one and two of the registration. The program has been trying to download an update for a week.It's been doing it 24/7 for 7 days now and whatever I do, it just keeps downloading.
I've tried rebooting, and resetting the download, but I still can't complete the process. I now have the payment card & pin, but the download just goes on and on!!!
Should I visit my local store, or try ringing customer services?
All suggestions gratefully received.

I'm using Wallet and Smartpass (with a tag) on a SIM-free device (ie not running Vodafone software and therefore able to use the onboard NFC). If you're having trouble installing the update, I'd be inclined to uninstall the app and start again from scratch. Remember that some activities, such as initial registration, need to be done over the mobile network, not wifi.
