Hi,
When I log into this why am I greeted with
There are currently no services being used on this account
This might be because we're still setting up services for it. You can see full details of this account in Manage account settings
Even though I signed up 3 weeks ago to Vodaphone Broadband and my line went live yesterday ?
My inital impression is the company is a farce, from my orginal sign up being cancelled, with no warning as sky would not release the number, so having to call back up and re order to now the app not working and the online account not functioning correctly.

I think your going to need account access via Vodafone Customer service.

I do not see the point of vodafone actually having an online prescence as nothing works on line.
Online portal, App, Online ordering of Fibre.
I have had to call up for every issue...
