I have a vodaphone smart 6 and now the my vodaphone app is playing up you tap the app the screen goes white then it goes back to home screen, its driving me crackers

Hi

 

Try a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on. 

 

Could you try deleting the app and redownload it.

 

Sometimes clearing caches/cookies helps too.
