i cannot use my Vodafone mobile app. It was working fine until within 24 hrs of opening a new Vodafone account my old mobile number was ported across.
since then it displays having technical issue etc and doesn't open. I have contacted Vodafone every day at least three times a day but nothing seems to be done.
can you or anyone help !

Can you try deleting the app and re download.
Clear caches and cookies.
Also so it's been suggested previously that the app won't work properly until the bills been generated.
May i ask what Vodafone Customer services have said ?

You will have received your first bill prior to porting over your number.
The easiest way to (hopefully) get this sorted is by going into the application settings and resetting the appliction so it forgets you.
You then need to uninstall the application from the phone, leave it for 24 hours and reinstal the appliction for the ported number change.
If you still have problems, as a last resort do a reset of the phone, MINUS the back up, make sure you back up the things you want to keep. You will then be able to set up the iphone from scratch and reinstal the application for your number change.
