My mobile keeps freezing. I took it into the Vodaphone shop in Chippenham today and they said there is a fault which has developed and they have had three returned so far today with same fault. They said they would have to send my mobile back but they dont have any spare mobiles to give to me while it is being repaired so I will have to go into the store each dau until such time as they have a spare one returned. I am not happy, livid in fact as they did not want to help at all. I then asked how long it will take to repair my mobile and they said they dont know, it depends how many phones are waiting for repair. Its a mess. Cant I just have a new replacement mobile, as I purchased mine in November 2015 so its still under 12 month warranty.

@Trumeo With the number numerous complaints across various platforms you can be assured that Facebook are aware of the problem.
How urgently they send out an update to fix it though is another question.
