Vodaphone in France

Am in France and can't get my phone to connect a carrier. After reading earlier messages I've tried a hard reset and manual selection but don't get any signal although Sfr does show. Anyone help with how to fix? I'm using an iPhone 5 on a business account. Many thanks

Are you able to check if the local Network(s) are not having issues themselves.

Try ure Sim in another phone as elimination 2 rule out the phone or sim that may be at fault.

You could speak to Live Chat via a Pc / Mac to have your account checked.
