i cannot get call diverts working spent a lot of time talking to 191 tried all there suggestions nothing works
voice mail will not turn on at all if I send 1210 or 1211 just get call failed this has been like this for at least 6 months
I need to transfer calls to my car phone whilst driving I used to be able to do this **62*+44[Removed]2711# then if is phone switched off calls goto that number this has not worked since last summer
I think this is connected with voice mail not working
I have phoned 191 but they just tell me to do things you can easily find by google
I have tried setting it up using my account on your website and got this email back "Hello, we've updated your Call forwarding settings- Calls for *******6791 are now being forwarded when NOTREACHABLE to *******2711.
But that does not work.

Hi @anthp
I'm assuming your a Pay Monthly Contract customer for Call Diverts to be available as it's not to Payg.
If so and your voicemail isn't working even after cancelling all Diverts via > Cancel all diverts. Press Phone. Press Keypad. Key in ##002# and press the call icon, then I'd suggest to again contact Customer service and ask for that part of your account to be fully reset.

yes I am pay monthly more than 10 years
and yes I have tried ##002# a few times it will not work
the difficult is customer services I just cant get any further than the call center that just rehash the same answers
the last problem I had was only resolved after an email to the ceo Jeroen Hoencamp (spotify charged twice every month

Hi @anthp
Try setting up your voicemail direct from the phone. If you go onto your call settings, call forwarding, you will see the options. Enter the full voicemail box number which is +447836121121 and see if it works. You will also be able to divert to your car phone by entering your number.
You can also try calling the number as see if it connects. For extra security and to access your voicemail from any other phone, you will need to set up a PIN, this can be done from your voicemail settings.
There is further support below.
If problems persists, it will be account related and this will mean Vodafone will need to delete your voicemail and set up up from fresh.

No that will not work either it says " dial 121 to set up pin " it thinks i am calling from a different phone so back to 121 call failed
I have tried another vodafone sim from one of my other accounts in my phone and it worked as it should
This proves the acount is the problem and at Vodfones end and need voda tech to sort it

@anthp - To divert calls to another number, enter **21* followed by the number you want to divert your calls to (replacing the first 0 with +44) followed by #. Then press send.
For example: to divert all calls to 07700 900 123, you'd enter **21*+447700900123#.
To cancel all diverts, enter ##002# and press send.

Regarding your voicemail, please try calling 1213 to cancel immediate and unconditional diverts.
Then, dial 1210 to cancel standard diverts.
Once you’ve done both of the above, dial 1211 to activate Voicemail again.

Please stop telling me to do things I have already done and read the whole thing I am not an idiot. There is a corruption in your database. This needs to be sent to a proper technician

BTW 1213 causes call failed as do the others
