I am not getting any Voicemail notifications on my iphone 6.
I have been in contact with the Onenet Express team 4 times and each time I get given a different solution, none of which work.
People can leave me a messaage but I don't know it's there.
When I dial 121 and select Option 4 I don't have an option 3 to choose a notification type.
Can someone please help me before I loose my temper please?

What troubleshooting have you tried thus far?
Can you try your sim card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the phone.
The Vodafone Team can help here with payg and pay monthly but cannot access business contracts.

So far I have been advised to:
1. Use the Onenet web app
2. Dial 44555
3. Someone tried to reset my voice mail and I got a text to say it had been 'unlocked'
4. check the setting on my handset
none of which have produced any results.
I don't have another phone to try my sim either.
I do have a business account.

@matt90110 – I’m sorry to hear of the problems you’re having.
As Lee advised, we don’t have access to One Net accounts to check this further.
If you contact them again directly, they’ll be able to look into more options to get this sorted.
