Joined vodafone transfered my number over but voicemail still not taking calls. Spoke online for help and been in vodafone shop but still not working any help would be greatful as need my voicemail to work thanks

It can sometimes take a short while for all the porting in files to fully settle.
Have you been able to activate Vodafone Voicemail via Calling 1211 free from your Vodafone phone > How-do-I-set-up-and-manage-my-voicemail.
What are people greeted with when they call you and the call should divert to Voicemail ?
You could try cancelling all diverts and then try turning Voicemail On.
To Cancel all diverts >
Press Phone.
Press Keypad.
Key in ##002# and press the call icon.
Return to the home screen.
If the above does not help and Voicemail does not work a few days after your porting in activation date then do please contact Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat and they'll help you with this.

Hello,
Are you still having problems? If you call 121 from your phone, are you hearing "press 1 to activate voicemail" followed by "It has not been possible to activate" when you do press 1?
If so, it's likely connected to the port not being fully completed and hopefully should rectify itself.
If not though, you're in the right place. The team will put you in touch with the right people to fix this.
